Keystone Rainbow Curling
The Keystone Rainbow Curling
season is underway. As in the past we host
our annual Curling Clinic where new and experienced curlers will have an
opportunity to brush up on their skills. Full season fees
which include our year end banquet are $140 per person or $560 a team.
Curling is more than a sport. Besides a
cardiovascular workout, challenging strategy and team cooperation, curlers
enjoy a
wonderful off-ice atmosphere of camaraderie that is unmatched in
other winter team sports. Integrity, a sense of fair play and friendly
competition are all hallmarks of the sport. It is also one of the few
sports where men and women of all ages can compete equally.
Apart from friendly on-ice competition, curlers enjoy a wonderful
off-ice
tradition. After each game, players retreat to the lounge where they
socialize, share curling experiences, discuss strategy or just enjoy
friendly conversation over food or drinks. Many lasting friendships (yes,
even relationships!) have their roots in the curling lounge. If you are a
member of Manitoba’s GLBT community or

The 2008 Canadian
National Gay Curling Championship along with the 3rd Annual Bison Cup
Bonspiel both were a wonderful success.
Thank you to all out of town and local participants.
Congratulations to the 2008 Canadian National Gay Curling Champions,
