The Winged Ox Guest House offers bed

The Winged Ox operates in a 1906 character home in downtown Winnipeg.
The house has been modernized for heating, plumbing, and electrical;
but has kept its old-fashioned charm and character. Located at
82 Spence Street, Tony provides comfortable, affordable, smoke-free
accommodation for the tourist, business traveler, or person making
a spiritual retreat.
Transportation to the Winged Ox and around the city is easy. A taxi from the airport costs approximately $15.00. The city transit #10 bus ($1.75 exact change) stops just two doors away at the corner of Balmoral and Spence. Many of Winnipeg's cultural and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance, as are the Portage Place Mall and the shops and restaurants of Osborne Village. Gio's and Happenings, two of the city's gay bars, are just a ten minute walk. A half hour walk along the Assiniboine River Walkway will take you to the boutiques, galleries and restaurants of The Folks historic site. Rates:
